A daily resort fee of $45 USD plus tax, per room, per night will be paid locally

Effective March 5, 2024, the Daily Resort Amenity Charge will be $48 USD per room per night plus applicable local taxes paid locally

• Two refillable branded water bottles in each room with refill stations throughout the resort. This used to be an exclusive benefit for Makai but is now provided in all guestrooms

*Culture and fitness class schedules are subject to change, vary seasonally and may not be available every day. If classes are unavailable, other resort charge benefit options will be provided at check-in. Hawaiian Cultural Classes take place at the Hawaiian Cultural Center located in Makai Tower.                                                                        

A late check-out can be requested on the day of departure, subject to availability and subject to a check out time fee.

Upon arrival to the resort, all clients will be required to:                                 
Leave a debit/credit card for any possible incidental charges. Debit/Credit card will be authorized for a hold of $100 USD per room, per day, amount Subject to Change. The hold will be released after check-out at clients’ bank’s discretion.  Any outstanding incidental charges must be settled in full prior to the client’s departure.                                                                                
If client’s do not have a debit/credit card, they will be required to pay in cash (USD) for the Mandatory Resort Charge, Parking Charges, Rollaway Charge (if any are applicable) at time of check-in.  Client account will be set up as “cash only” and will not be allowed to make room charges.                                                                                
                                                                                

All guestrooms are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited anywhere in the guest room or on any balcony/lanai by Hawaii State Law.  Failure to observe the no smoking policy will result in fines being added to clients guest room folio. Outdoor Smoking areas are designated on the resort property map available at time of check in. 

Book either the Palace Resort View - Inclusive Package Promo category or  the Palace Ocean View - Inclusive Package Promo category and receive the following Inclusive Package Promotion:

Minimum Stay: 4 nights is required 

The promotion includes daily breakfast and dinner only.  Lunch is not included nor provided.

B. Guests may only order one (1) drink at a time.

Drinks include:
 - House wine by the glass (includes house Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay; wine list varies by dining establishment)
 - Domestic draft beer (Budweiser, Miller, Coors, Kona Brewing Company; draft beer list varies by dining establishment)
 - Standard tropical cocktails (including Mai Tai, Lava Flow, Blue Hawaii, Pina Colada)
 - Basic spirits
 - Non-alcohol fountain beverages, coffee and tea
NOTE: Premium Brand Liquor will be available with an upgrade additional cost plus taxes, payable locally

D. Daily Self-Parking for Up to One (1) car only is Included.
 - Valet Parking upgrade is available for an additional cost plus taxes, per day payable locally.
 - Valet Parking Rate Subject to Change

E. One hour Complimentary Beach Toy Rental per day
 - Coupon is provided at check-in.
 - One (1) Coupon is provided for each day guest books - (i.e. 7 night stay - 7 coupons will be issued)
 - Only One (1) Coupon can be utilized per day.

Exclusions:
GRATUITY: A Mandatory 18% gratuity is not included in the price of this package and will be automatically posted to the clients room which MUST be settled upon departure based on the actual daily retail dining or beverage check and not the cost of the package.
The gratuity posted to guests room account will be paid in full to their server wherever they are dining.
LUNCH: As many guests prefer to spend the daytime touring the island or outside of the resort and to provide the most overall value, lunch is NOT included
RESTAURANTS: NOT Applicable for Waikoloa Coffee Company.
CERTAIN BEVERAGES: Does not include full bottles of wine, full bottles of liquor or top-shelf liquor, or any and all canned drinks, bottled water, or canned/bottled teas etc.
TAXES: Standard taxes such as Hawaii General Excise Tax and Transient Accommodations Tax. The taxes will be added to the guests folio.
SPECIAL EVENTS: Special event meals such as special holiday or ticketed events are not included.
